Commission Info
Thank you for being interested in my commissions! Before submitting your request, please read the following.

Payment:
All prices and payments are in CAD.
All payment is done through PayPal.
Note that there will be a GST fee of 5% (Canadian Tax).
Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission. If you fail to pay in full, your commission will be declined.
No refunds after placing your order.
Please note that orders will take around 14-25 days to complete.
Process:
Message me (on Insgram or Twitter) about your order and send me inspiration/reference images and detailed descriptions (eg. poses and face expressions). Please be as specific as you can!
Once I approve of your commission request, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your email that you will provide me. I will only begin your commission after full payment is received.
I will send you a progress of the sketch for you to approve before I complete the drawing. Here, you can ask for minor revisions (maximum of 3 revisions of the SKETCH only). If you need a major revision or a new sketch, you’ll be required to pay half of the Line Drawing price of the body size you ordered. Please note that I will not continue the work until sketches are approved, so understand that completion time will also take longer if it’s not approved within 24 hours.
I will send you a preview of the completed drawing when I finish. Here, you can ask for minor revisions of the color, hue or effects.
The finished file will be sent.
Terms & Use:
The art you’ve commissioned are for personal use only, there will be additional charge for commercial use.
Commercial Fees:
○ additional x2 full price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers, etc. (eg: $40 -> $40 x 2 = $80; $40 + $80 = $120)
○ additional x3 full price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: prints, keychains, t-shirts, etc. (eg: $40 -> $40 x 3 = $120; $40 + $120 = $160)If you need the artwork in a bigger size for merch or prints please ask first.

I hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore I have the right to use commissioned work in my portfolio including posting them on websites and social media.
You may not alter, change or recolour anything I’ve designed.
You are not allowed to copy, trace, resell, claim to have created or use my artwork in an unauthorized way without my permission.
I have the right to decline any commission that I cannot draw/do or not in compliance with my terms.
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms of service.
